REF: Memorandums of November 7, 1962 and September 9, 1963
In several past memorandums the Writer has written concerning
the state of historical records. In these memos it was suggested
that a central source or history be compiled, and also that it be
indexed. Most of this has now been done and it is in typed form
with the exception of the index. The indexing of this material
still needs to be done.
All that needs to be done is to incorporate contract Summary data
for the years 1 951 and 1 952, and then the indexing can begin.
The typed material (over 600 pages) is now in five (5) three-ring
binders and in the Business Development Files.
