Tomorrow is the special shareholders meeting and as is the way with corporate democracy, the outcome is clearly signaled in advance. The proxies indicate that the shareholders overwhelmingly favor the merger but among the one half of one percent who seem to feel otherwise I have had some comments less complimentary than yours. In these circumstances your letter is the more welcome. I would also like to take this occasion to thank you for the support that you have given to me and to my associates here in Utahs management over the years.
