Box 30006 Salt Lake City, Utah 84125 Dear George, Your letter of December 28 and the sentiments is contains are very much appreciated. Certainly I see no reason why the merger with General Electric should diminish the fine relationship between us on the Utah Board and I am confident that you will find it a stimulating experience to work with the General Electric executives that are being added to our Board. Each is a very likeable individual, very capable in his field of expertise, and with a broad grasp of things national and international. Please remember that I am planning a dinner for the Utah Directors and their wives Sunday, February 27, so se the date aside on your calendar. Details will follow later. I had hoped to take a few days off at Eldorado but ended up with some virus that sent me scurrying home. I feel better now and am off with 14 of my associates from Utah to a General Electric management conference at Belleair, Florida. Jeannik joins me in sending to Lolie and to you our very warmest regards always, EWL/nf
