Dear Sir; Relative to the Sumpter Valley Stock Ledger i left it at Baker
and so stated at the time same was anted at Ogden. You only directed me
to bring the stock book and the minute book. I gave you a cople of list of the stockholders ana thought that I had another and it was this that I said I would leave at the office if could find it. I could not and so notified Johney I have wired them to send you the Stock Ledger at once from Baker.
Am sorry that you have been so much put out over this matter .
Hendricks was laid by yesterday for ties and again today. I expect a couple of cars tonight eneough to run him half a day. The transfe-rred car about which Johney wrote me has advise him.
