Answering yours of 4th inst. I desire to say that while we think the Teton factory is an unnecessary thing, and could be prevented; yet if it is determined to build the factory in what we consider our legitimate ter-ritory, (it infringing upon the profitable sugar sales of our other facto¬ries), I certainly desire a proper proportion of the stock. Of course I have not been consulted about this factory, nor upon any other factory in which Mr. Cutler is interested. I have to get my information from out side source; as to all these matters.
Regarding the Blackfoot factory, I would also prefer to have some at stock in that. The sales from that factory of course also detrimentally affect our Utah factories. You will remember that just before you went to Europe, you stated that I could get some stock in this factory; and since your return I have been so busy with the Lewiston matter, that I have not before mentioned it.
