Confirming my conversation of yesterday, I desire to say to you in most emphatic language, that the two statements made during my absence from the State in the issue of the Tribune of March 18th, 1910, are absolute¬ly without the least foundation of fact.
First: Since the Manifesto of 1890, I have not been married to, or gone through the ceremony of marriage with any person whatever, either within or without the United States, or in any other place on earth.
Second: I have not in any way assisted Mr. George C. Parkinson, or A.W, Hart, or any other person, in his or their law suit concerning the Oneida Irrigation District troubles; n
