Our new Chef, Antonio Cervera (just arrived after 18 years training in France), and his Sous Chef, Jacques Deligne (a Frenchaman and also French trained) are working very hard on their new luncheon and dinner menus. They're good, and well worth a try. And I'm your genial host -making sure you always feel welcome and very much at home at DELMONICO'S.

MUSIC every night. At present ""LOS VAGABUNDOS"" (two violins, bass, guitar and accordion). We pay them well and they are more than happy to sing and play your favorites.
GRATUITIES - (always a touchy subject.) 10 to 15% is the customary tip for good dining room service. With the exception of the checkroom or the restrooms, there is no one else ""to take care of"", as they say.
