Description	This collection contains a diary, personal letters and photos of Edmond Arthur Littlefield principally from his service in the American Field Service during World War I. Other items include pre and post WWI letters and photos.

Image Captions	Writes of Decoration. Special to The Tribune. OGDEN, May 14. Mrs. Florence Littlefield has received a letter from her son, E. A. (Ted) Littlefield, an ambulance driver with the American forces in France, and who was recently decorated with the Cross of War by the French government. The young man gives an interesting description of the life in the army camp. Speaking of the incident of receiving the decoration, Littlefield said, It was a mighty pleasant surprise, I can tell you.�
