The salad and dessert selections on tonight's menu are variations of Nr. Eccles' and Mr. Littlefield's favorite foods.
Mr. Eccles enjoyed simple foods. Each day for lunch he ate a pear with cottage cheese in the commissary at First Security Bank.
While Mr. Littlefield enjoyed exotic dishes like duck and other wild game, tonight's dessert was inspired by his love of Angel Food Cake.
